At checkout you choose between two methods — both free and fully insured: Anonymous (plain, unmarked, tamper-evident packaging with a neutral return address — nothing on the outside indicates the contents) or Standard (fully insured and tracked in regular packaging). Inside, coins and bars travel in their original mint or refiner packaging.

Yes. Anonymous packaging is selectable at checkout and is the default — it's plain, unbranded and tamper-evident with a neutral return address, for maximum discretion. It costs nothing extra and is still fully insured.

Yes. Every shipment is insured at full declared value, with replacement or refund on any verified loss or damage in transit.

In-stock orders typically ship within one business day of payment confirmation. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days; international within 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs.

Yes. For security a signature is required on delivery and parcels are never left unattended. Most couriers let you reschedule or redirect to a secure pickup point.

For international destinations, any import duties, VAT or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices. Investment-grade gold is VAT-exempt in many places, but rules vary — check your local regulations.

Because every parcel is insured at declared value, verified loss or damage is covered. Report any issue within seven days of the delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. For unopened pieces returned within seven days of delivery, we repurchase at the live metal spot rate, settled back in Bitcoin or your chosen cryptocurrency — a documented exit window after delivery.
