Product prices are derived from the live metal spot market plus a published premium and change continuously. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time your cryptocurrency payment is received and confirmed on-chain.
Placing an order generates a payment request with a wallet address and amount. Orders are allocated once payment confirms. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible on-chain; please send the exact amount to the address shown.
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. All shipments are insured at declared value until delivered and signed for.
Unopened items may be returned within seven days under our buyback terms at the live spot rate. Custom or special-order items may be excluded.
We guarantee the authenticity of every product. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for losses arising from price movements in metals or cryptocurrency.
