These terms govern your use of btcmints.com and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them in full. Please read them carefully.
Product prices are derived from the live precious-metal spot market plus a published premium, and they change continuously. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the moment your cryptocurrency payment is received and confirmed on-chain. We make every effort to display accurate prices, but in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order.
Placing an order generates a payment request showing a wallet address and the exact amount due. Your order is allocated once that payment confirms. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible on-chain — please send the exact amount to the address shown, on the network specified. Underpayments or wrong-network transfers may delay or invalidate an order.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. All shipments are insured at declared value until delivered and signed for. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Unopened items may be returned within seven days under our buyback terms at the live spot rate. Custom, special-order or pre-owned items may be excluded. The buyback price reflects spot at the time of repurchase.
We guarantee the authenticity of every product, sourced from sovereign mints and LBMA Good Delivery refiners. A certificate of authenticity is included with every order.
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for losses arising from movements in the price of metals or cryptocurrency, nor for delays caused by the blockchain, couriers, or customs authorities, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt its operation or security.
These terms are provided in good faith and may be updated; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version. Any disputes are subject to the applicable laws of our place of incorporation.
